Our non-contact, structured kickboxing sessions are delivered in comfortable environments like your home, work,  or a community space in Auckland.

The focus is simple: start where you are, build gradually, and develop confidence while enjoying the process!

From Personal Struggle to Purpose

Tony Afendoulis, a certified Exercise Consultant with the NZ Institute of Health & Fitness, founded Strikeback following his transformative journey in martial arts. After years battling depression and alcohol dependence, kickboxing became the vehicle for reclaiming his health, confidence, and self-esteem.

At 51, Tony’s training is not about fighting; it is about a practice that supports structure, routine, and mental well-being.
